About the TSK Module (data in different encoding)
Hi,

The TSK module source type is metioned as ThML in the .conf file but when the data file is opened in a text editor it is not like the other modules, i.e plain text (come accross a few other modules too like this) Websters dict would be another example. - can someone enlighten me about this ?

(i was thinking of writing a script & the data could be accessed if it was in the usual text/thml formatting)
Also, is there anyway to convert these modules into the other usual format , or some way to get these files in the plaintext/thml format that the rest of the dictionaries are in.

Any feedback or help would be much appreciated.

Thank you !

Re: About the TSK Module (data in different encoding)
Most of our data (including all new releases other than GenBooks) is released in compressed formats. We don't support any use of our data except via the APIs themselves. All of our formats are essentially proprietary and we cannot give any kind of assurance that the formats will not change in the future (as some of them did with the release of Sword 1.6.0).

We also discourage any kind of export of data because it may run afoul of copyright holders' rights (though not in the case of the TSK or Webster's dictionary modules).
