Do folders look like folders?
I've tried to download MacSword and modules into my library. All the other files in Application Support look like folders. MacSword and the King James Version, on the other hand, look like files. Does this mean I've done something wrong? When I open MacSword, it says I don't have any modules. When I try to put the King James Version into MacSword, it says it can't be opened because the file cannot be modified. MacSword also quits unexpectedly fairly often. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong? When MacSword is open I don't have a Module Installer like some threads have referred to. I have the 1.3.3_119 version of MacSword. I have a MacBook OSX 10.4.11
Thank you in advance.

Re: Do folders look like folders?
If you have opened the program MacSword, you should find a folder named "Sword" in the "Application Support" folder. Put your modules in the folder "Sword", and it should work better.
I don't know if this will solve problem with the program quiting, but at least you should be able to view the modules with MacSword.

/S.

For Mac there are special modules which the Finder shows as files, in fact they are also folders.
But having them in the "Sword" folder as Simon said is ok.

User version 1.4.3 of MacSword then you will have the module installer.

Re: Do folders look like folders?
I put KJV in MacSword (I know it went in because I heard a little boing) Now when I open MacSword I still get the little box that says Bible, Commentaries, Lexicon's, etc But still when I click on Bibles, nothing happens. One thing has changed however. I don't get a dialog box that says there are no modules. It seems I have the module but can't access it.

Re: Do folders look like folders?
In the folder "Application support" you find one folder named "MacSword" and one named "Sword". You should place the modules in the folder "Sword".

God's peace!
