Wrong FTP server? I am trying to install modules using the built in "Module Installer." Whenever I try to refresh, a dialogue comes up with an error reading "unknown problem occurred." I tried testing the source of the FTP server, and it says the information is invalid. I checked the info with crosswire.com and I can get to the FTP server through Safari, but not in Eloquent. Please help! |
