Linking to website?

Perhaps this is no good for people in countries that persecute Christianity? Do we have many users that A. fall into this category and B. would get themselves in trouble in this way?

This has been substantially improved, but the document exists on the crosswire server. We would like to have the help be a part of the delivered application, but this will do for now.
